Founder and Managing Director Christo Botha started the Company in 2018 after 15 years in the audit industry. He has extensive in depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and accounting practices. Dynamic Reporting Solutions aims to make the Annual Financial Reporting process an easy outsourced process for its clients. Reporting the value of our clients companies, in accordance with IFRS / IFRS for SME’s. We offer our clients a variety of reporting packages to suit their needs.

The Founder’s History

2002

Christo completed his B.Com Accounting Honours degree at RAU and started with his audit articles at Grant Thornton Johannesburg.

2005

After passing both board exams with the first attempt Christo completed his audit articles in 2005 and became a CA(SA). He stayed on at the firm as an Assistant Manager in the Audit division.

2007

Christo left the Audit profession and pursued a career as a Financial Manager at MSA and Select PPE. He later returned to the audit profession joining Grant Thornton.

2009

In 2009 Christo became an Audit Partner at Grant Thornton at the age of 29. Over the years Christo gained experience across different industry sectors. Christo is a proactive leader with in-depth knowledge of financial statements, reporting, group performance, cash flows, analysis of financial statements and reports, consolidations, listing requirements for the JSE, Company’s Act, board reporting packs, corporate governance and International Financial Reporting Standards. He managed many audit teams over the years ranging from small (3+) to large (15+) teams.

2018

Christo decided to follow his dream of opening his own company in 2018. He decided to open Dynamic Reporting Solutions Pty Ltd with the main focus on annual financial statements, advisory and accounting services. Giving clients an outsourced accounting and reporting function, which will report the value of their businesses in an accurate, timely, relevant and understandable manner. Clients do not have to purchase any reporting software and can rely on a professional service that will add value to business needs.
